We are a family owned domiciliary Home care company. Springfield Homecare was founded in Leeds in 1996 and now has additional offices covering Leeds, Wakefield, Hull, York and Knaresborough. We are well regarded as a reliable, caring organisation, delivering the highest standards of care in the community.

We are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection which is the body responsible for reviewing and reporting on all social care services and our latest report can be found on their website www.csci.org.uk. We are also members of the Leeds Care Association.

We provide fully trained and experienced carers to deliver personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.

The above services are provided by our fully trained home carers, making visits at agreed times to meet the needs and requirements of our clients. Visits can vary in length of time and one or more visits can be made throughout the day from one day to seven days a week.

Before we commence the service, an assessment will be made and a Care Plan produced. This includes personal circumstances, care needs and next of kin details.

This enables clients to continue their daily routines in their own homes and help retain their independence. Our clients can be anyone over the age of 18.

All our carers must pass an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check, a Protection of Vulnerable Adults check and provide two satisfactory references before they commence employment.
